The therapist listened to me and advised me.she was Friendly and kind. She explained a lot to me so I was able to understand. We explored different things that I could try out between appointments. She talked me through things and gave me choices. When something I tried but didn’t work for me, she then gave me an alternatives that may suit me better. After my appointment I felt so much better. I understood more about myself and felt more in control. I’m really happy with how my sessions are going. Many thanks.

The only thing I would like is for the sessions to be a little longer. Other than that I am completely happy with the way things are going.

[name removed] has always been kind and understanding, but also asked the correct questions to ensure I was carrying out the work I needed to. The tools provided were really useful and discussions helped me see the steps I needed to take. When we re-capped on progress it made me realise the difference the service and [name removed] in particular have made to how I approach the problems I face. I’m very grateful for the service provided and it has helped me to establish much more control in how I react to situations. Thank you!

Initially with Mindi the service was very stop start and I didn’t feel like I was making progress as there were lots of missed appointments and then covering old ground. But this was resolved.

[name removed] was my councellor and was incredible. Always listened and never judged. Can't thank her enough for my new lease on life. Thank you so much for always treating me with respect, and never making me feel embarrassed to talk about my problems.

I was really surprised on how effective the service I received was, I worked with [name removed] and she was exceptional in every way. She supported and helped me in several different ways which I am extremely grateful for. I really appreciated my time with her.

I had the pleasure to be supported by [name removed], one of the Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners at the Northamptonshire NHS Talking Therapies team, and truly she is one of the most caring and respectful person I ever known. I have appreciate her patience and kindness in dealing with my anxiety issues and she provided me with effective tools to manage these. She went above and beyond her job and always provided me with a safe context were to talk and share my feelings. I would recommend the Talking Therapies to anyone like me who seek support behind the usual GP prescription.

The help and support that I received during my sessions with [name removed] was fantastic. I felt like she took time to get to understand my needs properly and was able to help me make progress with things that I have been struggling with for a long time. She was very patient, kind, supportive and understanding. I would quite happily have paid for the sessions I had with [name removed], they have made such a difference to my well-being.

The only thing that I could fault is not being able to carry on going to the group, it helped me so much in ways I didn't think would ever be possible. I was unable to do anything physical before going to the group for the fear of dirt and germs but now because of [name removed] and [name removed] I am able to do so much more. I still have anxiety but I can cope so much better than I ever thought. I am so grateful to them all for the experience I have had. Everyone was so welcoming, supportive & kind I would recommend to anyone. I wish I was able to go for longer as it just made me feel so much better each week. Just amazing ladies

I would have loved if we could stay longer as we had such an amazing experience, the group helped me so much and was something I looked forward to every week.

My therapist was viki flying, she was absolutely amazing in everything she did for me she helped me overcome everything which I believed would be impossible. My life is becoming my own again thanks to cbt to which I am forever grateful.
